Refund Policy

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

RETURNS  

Our policy is 90 days after you have received your order. If 90 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be almost unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

For exchanges, you will get a free return label to send the harness back to us.

All refunds will be provided in full MINUS THE SHIPPING FEE. We cannot refund the shipping fee UNLESS the order was a mistake on our part.

Returns sent back for a refund are also subject to a $7.95 restocking fee which covers the cost to get the item back to us.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to do an exchange if something doesn't fit or for any reason. We offer free exchanges, all you need to do is send us an email to support@kneesecrets.com

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)

We will replace items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item to support@kneesecrets.com within 24 hours after delivery for review.
